I want INFORMATIONS about MICET-unikl...Please HELP

I am thinking to apply for chemical engineering (process) course at UNIKL-MICET. The Campus for the given course is in Melaka. I dont know anything about the campus there. Can anyone explain me how is the facilities and size of the campus.

I have been reading things about MICET on internet, most things i found were in Bahasa Melaysia. This implies that the meduim there might be bahasa melayu instead english. This is a very serious issue as i dont know Bahasa Malaysia. So, please answer my following questions regardin MICET.

Is the campus has good facilities to conduct chemical engineering courses?
Is there any foreign students, if there what is thier population?
What is the medium of teaching there, is it completely english or mix of english and malay?
how is the lecturers there, do they have good qualifications and teaching skills?
Does the campus has foreign lecturers?
what is the total population of students at MICET campus?
how many class rooms are there, as their webiste states they have only three classrooms, that is very surprising though.
How is the resource centre, such as libraries and computer lab?
